Q：洗濯機で洗えますか？

A：eptenu®︎は洗濯機で洗って頂けますが、最初の洗濯は手洗いをおすすめします。また、毎回手洗いにしていただくと長持ちします。洗濯ネットにいれることで、他の洗濯物とのからみやほつれなどの回避になります。

Q：乾燥機は使えますか？

A：ご使用頂けます。洗濯ネットにいれることで、他の洗濯物とのからみやほつれなどの回避になります。

eptenu®︎の生地は和晒の中でも織密度が高く、通気性の高い上等な生地を採用をしていますので、自然乾燥でもすぐに乾きます。干す際には、しっかりのばしてあげると、乾いた時にシワが目立ちにくくなります。

Q：どんな洗剤も使用できますか？

A：漂白剤や蛍光剤配合の洗剤は使用しないでください。色移りの原因になります。

Q：どのように着けたら良いですか？

A：下記gif動画をご覧ください。首元にしまって頂くと基本的には食事中に落ちてきません。お召しの洋服の素材によっては、肩に乗せるだけの使用方法もあります。首元で縛って頂くことも可能です。

Q：子どもも使用出来ますか？

A：お子さまもご使用頂けます。ただ、撥水性はないため大量の水分などには対応しておりませんので、ご注意ください。

Q：重さはどれくらいですか？

A：M・Lサイズ共に約32gになります。付属品などがついていないため超軽量で、お手入れも簡単です。

Q：食事用エプロン以外の使い方はありますか？

A：普段はハンカチとしてお持ち頂けます。ほかにもメイクの際の汚れ防止やワークアウトの際の汗ふき、三角巾代わりとして様々なシーンでご利用頂けます。

A：男女兼用で、M（Medium）、L（Long）サイズ展開をしております。

Q：しわになりにくい加工（シルケット加工）はできますか？

A：申し訳ありませんが、シルケット加工は承っていません。アンドエシカルでは必要以上に薬剤を使用することや、不要な工程をなくし、地球にも人にも優しい商品づくりを心がけています。そのためシルケット加工なども行っておりません。お洗濯後にシワが気になる方はアイロンがけをおすすめします。

Q：どのような生地を使用していますか？

A：環境にやさしい“エコ晒”という生地を使用しています。化成ソーダなどの強力な薬剤を一切用いず、薬剤の量を極力減らしていますので、地球にも人にもやさしいのです。

Q：生地染色はどこで作っているんですか？
A：eptenu®︎の生地は、江戸時代から和晒産業が盛んであった「てぬぐいの町」大阪府堺市で染色してもらっています。あらかじめ“えぷてぬ”のデザインを彫って頂いた金型に、専用の機械を使い生地に染料を捺し染める、100年以上の歴史があるロール捺染（なっせん）という伝統技術を用いています。

eptenu®︎はとてもシンプルなデザインのため、首にあたる部分を強くひっぱると裂ける可能性があります。無理に引っ張ったり力を加えることはお控えください。

The fabric has a high weave density even in Wa-Sarashi fabric - a Japanese bleached cotton, and uses a high-quality fabric with high air permeability, so it dries quickly even when naturally dried. When drying, please stretch it out firmly, wrinkles will be less noticeable when it dries.

Q : Can I use any detergent?

A : Please do NOT use detergents containing bleach or fluorescent agents. It may cause color transfer.

Q : How should I wear it?

A : Please see the above gif video. If you fold it into your collar, it will not be off during meals. Depending on the material of your clothes, you can just put it on your shoulder and keep it perfectly. It is also possible to simply tie it like usual apron.

Q : Can children also use it?

A : Yes, they can. However, please note that it has not water repellent property and does not protect from a large amount of moisture.

Q : How much does it weigh?

A : The weigh is about 32g, both M or L size. It is super lightweight and easy to clean because it is simple design and no accessories.

Q : Is there any use other than the apron for meals?

A : It can be used as a handkerchief in everyday life. It can also be used in a variety of other situations, such as to prevent stains when applying makeup, as a sweat wipe during a workout, or as a replacement for a triangular cloth.

Q : Is it possible to mercerize?

A : We are sorry, but we do not accept mercerizing. &ethical strives to create products that are friendly to both the earth and people by not using chemical than necessary and eliminating unnecessary processes. Therefore, we do not perform mercerizing. If you are worried about wrinkles after washing, ironing is recommended.

Q : What kind of fabric do you use?

A : We use an environmentally friendly fabric called "eco-Sarashi" a bleached cotton. It is friendly to both the earth and people because it does not use any powerful chemicals such as chemical soda and reduces the amount of chemicals as much as possible.

Q : Where do you make the fabric dye?

A : The fabric of "eptenu" is dyed in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, which has been a thriving Wa-sarashi ; Japanese bleaching cotton industry since the Edo period. We use a traditional technique called roll Nassen-printing, which has a history of more than 100 years, in which dyes are printed on the fabric using a special machine on a mold that has been engraved with the "eptenu" design in advance.
